Terms & Conditions
Guarantee
We guarantee to sell healthy, true-to-name stock. We give no warranty as to the continued life of any nursery stock sold at wholesale. Complaints to be considered must be given within 5 days of purchase.
Under no circumstances will we be liable for any sum greater than the amount originally received for the stock. Customers must supply their own tarps or truck covers to prevent drying out of the plant material during transportation. We will not consider claims made on improperly handled or covered material.
Visiting our Yard & Safety
We are a Wholesale nursery serving landscape professionals, garden centers and the greens industry. Because we are not open to the public, we screen visitors to ensure we're serving trade customers - not homeowners looking to shop for personal use. If your customer wants to see plant material, you must accompany them.
Friendly dogs are welcome on a short leash and for their safety, children are not permitted in the sales yard.

Please note: We do not offer garden or landscape design services — our team is happy to assist with availability and substitutions, but we kindly leave the design work to you!
