Delivery Policy

We deliver within 5 hours of Newtown, CT. That covers most of New England, and out to Philadelphia, PA.

We do require a crew onsite to offload material. For larger trees you must have a machine capable of a safe offload. Your machine can pick up trees that are 1/3rd the total weight of the machine.

Planters' Choice LLC allows 90 minutes to offload. If you require additional time you will be charged an hourly rate of $75.00 per hour minimum plus any part thereof. It is your responsibility to have properly sized equipment and enough manpower to unload the truck at your site. Planters’ Choice, LLC, reserves the right to refuse to complete delivery due to inadequate equipment, obstacles that prohibit safe delivery, manpower, or requests to place trucks on unstable ground or undersized areas. A 20% restock fee will be charged for any deliveries that cannot be completed due to the above.

All deliveries are to be made to one physical address. If delivery requires an additional drop to a nearby location you will be charged a drop fee of $50.00.

Return & Refund Policy

All returns must be made within 5 days of purchase and will be issued as a credit on your account. A 20% restocking fee will apply.

Returns are accepted at our discretion. Planters’ Choice is under no obligation to accept any returns if they are not in original condition or packaging.

We will not accept returns on boxwood, pachysandra, grass seed, bulbs or edging.

**All credits of any sort are only valid for one year from the date of them being issued and must be used within that timeframe.**
