How soon will I know if a plant is available?

Most plants are generally available, but for specific requests, please allow 24-48 hours for our crews to locate and pull the material for your orders.

How long do I have to tag a plant as "sold" before I have to come pick it up?

Accepted Answer

We allow customers to hold plants in the nursery up to seven days. After that, the item goes back into inventory and is available for purchase by other customers.

Evergreen material may be subject to a shorter hold period due to availability and demand.

What forms of payment do you accept for purchases?

Accepted Answer

We accept a wide range of payment methods. You can make payments using major credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For clients who prefer traditional methods, we gladly accept cash and checks, depending on your terms.

What is your operating schedule?

In the Spring and Summer, we are open 7:00am to 4:30pm, Monday-Friday, and Saturdays 7:00am-1:00pm. In the Winter, we are open 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday, and closed Saturdays. We are always closed Sundays.

We deliver within 5 hours of Newtown, CT. That covers most of New England, and out to Philadelphia, PA.
