Miniature	Grows less than 3" per year or will reach around 2'-3' in 10 years.
Dwarf	Grows 3"-6" a year or will reach 3'-6' in 10 years.
Intermediate	Grows 6"-12" a year or will reach 6'-15' in 10 years.
Large	Grows more than 12" a year and will be around 15' in 10 years.
